Shipping

  • Most of our products are created on-demand or shipped on-demand and as such, shipping may take a little longer than other major online retailers. Please allow 7-10 days for dōTerra products and a couple weeks for swag or other items.

  • All designs and downloads on this site are the intellectual property of I Heart Oils and are for personal or gifting use only. You may not resale or distribute our designs or downloads for commercial use.
  • You are welcome to share I Heart Oils content (excluding digital download products) if you include a source credit and link to the original post or page. If you are posting to social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest - please tag the corresponding I Heart Oils Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest account.  
  • Printable label and gift sets are digital downloads only. No physical items come with these purchases. After completing a printable download purchase, look for an email from I Heart Oils with your download link. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.  If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at shop@iheartoils.com.
  • Digital products are not refundable.
