Simple Daily Wellness

Daily wellness is really just about being proactive in caring for your body and mind. It means having a lifestyle that promotes health on a daily basis.

Most of us know how our actions affect our health. You can look at each action as having a positive effect on wellness or a negative effect. For example, eating meals made up of whole grains, plant-based proteins, and lots of fruits & veggies - positive effect. Consistently eating meals full of fat, sugar, and simple carbs - negative effect. The trick is to take simple steps everyday that lead us towards wellness.
