Overnight Oats With Essential Oils

Overnight oats seem to be all the rage right now. Since I am a plant based eater, that is one bandwagon I am happy to jump on. I love how simple, versatile, and nutritious they are. Add your favorite spices, fruits, nuts, and (of course) essential oils...the possibilities are virtually endless. And, an added bonus is that you throw it together the night before. Taken all together, overnight oats are definitely a recipe for breakfast success!

Overnight Cinnamon Oats

(RECIPE ADAPTED FROM DOTERRA)

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
