Overnight Oats With Essential Oils

I love that overnight oats are simple, versatile, and nutritious. Add your favorite spices, fruits, nuts, and (of course) essential oils...the possibilities are virtually endless. And, an added bonus is that you throw it together the night before. Taken all together, overnight oats are definitely a recipe for breakfast success!

Overnight Cinnamon Oats

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
