Empowering Pear & Ginger Smoothie
(RECIPE ADAPTED FROM DOTERRA)
- 1 heaping cup fresh spinach
- 1 heaping cup diced frozen pears (cut fresh pears and freeze for 1 hour)
- 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup or two pitted dates
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 toothpick drop of Ginger Essential Oil (Insert a toothpick into the oil bottle and then stir into the smoothie.)
Add ingredients to a high speed blender and mix till smooth.
