DIY Sore Muscle Rub with Essential Oils

Sore Muscle Rub

Supplies:

    Directions:

    1. Melt Coconut Oil and Almond Oil. Let stand for 30-60 minutes in a warm place.
    2. Melt Beeswax in a double boiler.
    3. Add Shea Butter to Beeswax then stir until melted. Keep mixture warm.
    4. Combine melted oils and Beeswax. Set aside for 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add essential oils and stir gently until combined.
    6. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    7. Let cool completely before using.

    To Use:

    1. Remove a small amount from the jar and place in palms to melt the balm.
    2. Rub onto sore area in a circular motion.
    3. The skin will become red and feel warm to the touch.
