Are you ready for a super simple yet super effective garden spray? Well, here it is! Two ingredients. That's it. Peppermint Essential Oil is the key ingredient because it has properties that help ward off unwanted garden pests naturally. It's safe to use around the house too. And, as a bonus, when you are out working in the garden and it starts to get hot, you can use it on yourself to cool off and refresh.

DIY Garden Spray

Supplies:

Directions:

  1. Fill the spray bottle with water, leaving an inch or so of space at the top.
  2. Add 15–20 drops of Peppermint and shake well before each use.
  3. Apply spray to every plant in your garden, making sure to cover the stems and undersides of leaves as well.
  4. Reapply after each rainfall.

Note: To help kill weeds, substitute 8oz of white vinegar for 8oz of the water in this DIY. If you choose to do so, do not apply directly to garden plants.
