Anyone remember Binaca Breath Spray? Apparently, it's still around, but I feel like it was having a moment when I was a teenager. I remember it being very strong and tasting of chemicals.  A better option is this natural DIY breath spray with Spearmint Essential Oil

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Place 3-5 drops of essential oil into your spray bottle.
  2. Fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled water.
  3. Shake well to combine and spritz in mouth for a refreshing burst of flavor.

Swap out the essential oil in this recipe to find your favorite or to just add some variety to your breath spray options. Try Peppermint or Cinnamon BarkPeppermint has a clean, fresh, minty flavor, while Spearmint is minty, slightly fruity, and milder. Cinnamon Bark takes on a warm, spicy flavor. How about Cinnamon Bark and Wild Orange with a toothpick of Ginger swirled in? That sounds like a holiday party in my mouth! For an immunity boost, use On Guard Protective Blend.*
