Ayurveda is a health system that grew from spiritual writings in ancient India called the Vedas, or Book of Wisdom. The term Ayurveda is translated to mean ayus=life and veda=knowledge. Together it has come to represent a way of looking at the science of our life. Not just in the physical aspect but combining mind, body, senses, and soul. It is truly a holistic approach to wellness.

A great way to begin balancing our systems is through a gentle Ayurvedic cleanse. Ayurveda teaches that proper digestion is one of the keys to staying healthy.
