Chakra Balancing with Essential Oils

A great way to improve your health and well being is through chakra balancing. The use of essential oils is one way to achieve this balance. We like to think of it as taking vitamins for your chakras. They give your body a boost and help blocked or unbalanced chakras heal. Anyone can learn how to do this centuries old technique.

What are chakras? Chakras are centers of energy located all over our body. We have seven major chakras located along our spine to the crown of the head. They are responsible for directing the flow of energy through our bodies. Our chakras may either be open or closed, depending on our mental, physical, and spiritual state at any given time.

Every feeling and all of our senses are integrated with a different chakra. Each chakra is linked to a different part of the endocrine system. 2. To Create a Safe and Secure Environment: Use an Immunity Blend contains oils such as Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary.

3. For the Crown: Use a Joyful Blend that contains oils such as Lavandin, Tangerine, Elemi, Lemon Myrtle, Melissa, Ylang Ylang, Osmanthus, and Hawaiian Sandalwood.

4. For the Third Eye: Use a Calming Blend contains oils such a Lavender, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Hawaiian Sandalwood, and Vanilla Bean.
