Beating the Back to School Blues with Essential Oils

It's back to school time around my house. Sigh. Good-bye carefree summer days! I will miss you! Going back to school means back to tired and grumpy mornings, back to homework, and back to exposure to lots of germs. Essential oils are a great way to combat these things naturally.
Here are my top 5 essential oils for back to school:
Peppermint- apply topically (dilute for really young kids with a pure vegetable oil such as fractionated coconut oil) or diffuse in the air to keep the mind alert and help homework concentration.
On Guard Protective Blend - apply topically every day to the bottom of the feet to boost immunity.
Lemon - add a few drops to water and spritz down surfaces. I keep this in my purse to spray on grimy hands too.
Lavender- diffused in the air or applied topically to calm nerves and get a good nights sleep.
